It can be a real tan, or a spray tan, but adding some color to your body, even if it is just a slight glow is going to make you look thinner, and you are going to feel better about your skin. It is great that you are glowing on the inside with your new workout routine and dieting plan, but let it show on the outside too.

3. Get a Mani Pedi. Taking care of your nails is going to make you feel sexy when you have no shoes on, and you are going to be more outward with your hands because you want to show them off. 4. Find some new clothes that are very stylish, and that fit your new body. Wearing a new piece of clothing with your new hair and nails is going to make you feel great, and you can get something that matches your new tan.

5. Put money in a pot for weight that you lose and buy yourself a present. If there is a pair of earrings that you have been eyeing, or you want a new iPod, put $1 in a jar for every pound you lose. Then when you hit that goal move on to something else, like buying yourself presents based on body fat, more helpful hints.

When you do all of these different things you are going to feel so much better about the way that you look, and when you feel a lot better about the way that you look you are going to continue to lose weight, and you are going to keep pushing yourself.
